The hotel and rooms are nothing like the pictures on line. This is not a large luxurious hotel. In brief - tiny room with dated decor and broken furniture, terrible views of building works, uncomfortable stained mattress, ripped bedding, old damp smelling towels and no breakfast. Absolutely zero customer service! Contacted the manager to talk through my complaints. He acknowledged them but refused any refund. Ruined my weekend - don't let it ruin yours.

A really lovely place to stay. The family room we stayed in was huge, the beds comfortable and greeted with a warm welcome on arrival.
