Preschool Victoria Road Private Daycare Nursery is a well-established nursery of 10 years that provides child daycare facilities for babies and children who live in Stretford, Chorlton, Urmston, Davyhulme, Flixton, Carrington, Sale and all other areas of Trafford, Greater Manchester.
We believe play should be made a fun and exciting way that will encourage children to be effective learners, aiming to inspire a thirst for learning with eagerness and enthusiasm.Outdoor play is one of our strong features of our daily routine, spending much of our time outdoors. We are very proud and take pride in our nursery by reflecting on our practice in order to continually make improvements.

Victoria Road Private Day Nursery was founded over 10 years ago and has become a very popular nursery to the local community of Stretford. We take great pride in our nursery and the wonderful experience that babies, toddlers and children truly enjoy. Our nursery is NDNA and Ofsted approved. We work in conjunction with Trafford Early Years, agencies, EYFS and Early Years Development Journal.
Settling In

They will also be given a copy of the 'Terms and Conditions' which needs to be signed and kept on file. Our settling-in policy will be explained to parents and dates will be agreed for settling-in visits and the starting date. Parent(s) guardians will be encouraged to bring their child to visit the nursery a few times prior to their starting date.

Here at Victoria Road day nursery we aim to meet each Childs individual needs of developments and showing their abilities, progress and areas needing further staff or parental assistance. We accept that each child learns at different rates and treat each child individually. All our staff are aware of the importance of the positive play environment for the child to promote good social skills and all aspects of this countries multicultural society.
Security
Report
We feel that security is crucial for the safe guarding of the children that attend the nursery. This also must be backed up by phoning the nursery to inform only management of whom will be collecting their child and also stating the time of collection. The nursery has installed an intercom system at the main entrance which is operated by management only.
Parents and Carers
Report
Parents and carers are encouraged to attend regular parents evenings. These are held twice a year to enable you to discuss your Childs development with your Childs key worker. We send out regular news letters to all families updating them with events and information regarding the nursery. If you wish we will send via email.
