Our water jet cutting service utilises a 4m x 2.5m bed machine with twin-head technology for simultaneous part production. The process ensures a working tolerance of +0.2mm, using a 60,000 psi water jet to cut materials like stainless steel, titanium, and composites without heat-affected zones. This method minimises material waste and eliminates hazardous fumes, offering environmentally friendly and cost-effective solutions for complex shapes.
Oxy Fuel Cutting
Oxy fuel cutting employs high-pressure oxygen and propane to profile mild steel up to 180mm thick. This method produces accurate, straight-edge cuts while enhancing metal strength along the cut edge. With a 5m x 2.6m bed capacity and nesting software, we optimise material usage and maintain a tolerance of 1.00mm for efficient, cost-effective results.
CNC Plasma Cutting
Our CNC high-definition plasma cutting achieves precision on mild steel up to 40mm thick using a 5m x 2.6m bed machine. The process delivers smoother edges than flame cutting, with faster turnaround times and reduced energy consumption. Nesting software ensures minimal material waste, and the 1.00mm tolerance guarantees accuracy for intricate designs and industrial applications.
Fabrication & Welding
We provide end-to-end fabrication and welding services for carbon steel, aluminium, and stainless steel, including design, site surveys, and installation.
