If this had been my first experience with this company, they would have received one star! I can't say that their drivers are very friendly, but at least their cars aren't falling apart like some of the other companies in the area. However, they seem to be the only company that struggles with finding our house. This was the first time that I booked in advance as it was the first time I needed to be somewhere on time.
