I used Elizabeth Duncan to deal with a case she rarely responded to information she asked for, contradicted information provided, I found she had an aggressive approach to response, she didn't process information sent which resulted in her asking me to pay to continue with a claim that was no win no fee, very poor quality and a poor response to the legal process, I could have represented myself with a more positive result, I would think really hard about using this service if you want poor results, regarding the response below I noticed that they didn't add the fact that the original statements

Terrible solicitors. Not proactive and pass the blame for their mistakes. Poor response. Ongoing for well over a year, they lost all my paperwork and made me do it all again. Passed between people constantly. They don't respond to your emails or call you back. (I only got a response to my email I wrote a month ago because of writing this review)... They continue to ask me the same questions over and over despite me having already provided these details ample times yet they keep losing this information. They wrote up a letter of claim and wrote it up incorrectly yet shunted the blame for their

Used Slee Blackwell following a dog bite when I was warned by the plastic surgeon that there was long-term potential for complications caused by infection, so I needed to make a claim against the dog owner's insurance. Jasmine was very helpful and understanding of my needs and wishes. All through the process, she was very quick to respond and very helpful with advice.
