Our dedicated and enthusiastic team is managed on a day to day basis by our Group General Manager, Tracy Laycock who overseas all operations to ensure that Les Enfants maintains its reputation of quality and care.
All the staff at Les Enfants are of varying ages and skills and many of our staff are themselves parents for whilst we believe in the importance of training and qualifications we also understand that this brings with it invaluable experience which is an additional skill towards working in the nursery.

The EYFS is a comprehensive statutory framework that sets the standard for the learning, development and care of children from birth to five. Les Enfants take an individual approach to planning for the development of each child and believe strongly that children learn best when they learn through play in a secure, warm and stimulating environment.
Policies and Procedures

To ensure that Les Enfants Nurseries meets all statutory requirements as identified by the Department for Education Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage, (birth to five), a comprehensive policies and procedures manual has been developed. This manual contains approximately 40 different policies which dictate the way the nurseries operate and how they are run, it is reviewed on a regular basis.

We are looking to employ both full time NVQ Level 3 qualified staff and bank staff across the Les Enfants PDN Ltd Group. They must be team players and demonstrate knowledge of current EYFS and Safeguarding procedures, with experience, passion, knowledge and enthusiasm they will continue to drive and deliver the high standard of care Les Enfants gives to all clients.
