Carpet Cleaning

Our professional carpet cleaning uses advanced extraction machines and industry-approved detergents to remove deep-seated dirt and stains. We pre-treat spots, agitate soiled areas, and extract contaminants, leaving carpets fresh and nearly dry within 2-4 hours. Ideal for domestic and commercial properties seeking to extend carpet lifespan while maintaining hygiene.

Office Cleaning

Tailored office cleaning services maintain professional environments with flexible scheduling options. Our insured team handles routine maintenance or intensive cleans, focusing on high-traffic zones and hygiene-critical areas. Services improve workplace safety and client impressions while accommodating business operational needs without disruption.

Communal Cleaning

Specialised cleaning for stairwells, corridors, and communal flats removes hazards like mud and germs. We offer custom schedules from daily to monthly visits, ensuring safe, presentable environments for residents and visitors. This service reduces slip risks and enhances building aesthetics through thorough handrail and floor maintenance.

End Of Tenancy

Comprehensive deep cleaning prepares properties for new tenants, covering ovens, bathrooms, skirting boards, and carpets. Our checklist-driven approach meets landlord requirements, helping tenants avoid deposit deductions. Competitive pricing and guaranteed satisfaction make this service ideal for stress-free property transitions.

Rental Property

Designed for Airbnb hosts and landlords, this service includes rapid turnaround times and carpet-specific treatments. We address high-wear areas and odour removal, particularly pet-related incidents. Our family-run team provides documented proof of cleaning standards to satisfy tenancy agreements and maintain property value.

Questions

What areas do you cover for carpet cleaning?

We serve Eastbourne, Seaford, Polegate, Pevensey, Hailsham, Bexhill-on-Sea, and Hastings with both domestic and commercial cleaning.

How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?

Manufacturers recommend cleaning every 12-18 months to maintain warranties and extend carpet lifespan through deep soil extraction.

Are your cleaning chemicals pet and child-safe?

All products comply with health and safety regulations. We advise keeping children and pets off damp carpets temporarily to prevent slipping.

Do you move furniture during carpet cleaning?

We assist with lightweight furniture movement but ask clients to relocate valuable items before our team arrives.

Can you remove red wine or pet urine stains?

Our technicians use specialised treatments for common stains. While we cannot guarantee complete removal of all permanent dye-based stains, most respond well to our multi-agent approach.

I have used Stephen for 2 end of tenancy cleans now and each time he has been very responsive and professional and the final results have been brilliant transformations where the property has been left spotless. I would definitely recommend and the poor guy is already hired for when I leave my next place! Thank you Stephen & Joanna :)

Steve and James were highly professional and carried out a superb job of cleaning all the carpets in our home we moved into. The previous owner left them in a mess, yet by the time Steve had completed the clean they looked like new. They use high quality products and equipment which clearly shows in the end result. They are not over priced and represent true value for money. Would not hesitate to use again & recommend. Thank you Access Cleaning.
