Critical:Professionalism,Quality
Driver tried to charge me more than the office quoted me for my journey, performed 2 dangerous overtakes in the dark and was constantly looking down at his phone whilst driving, overall not very impressed, expect better

The worst customer service experience i've ever had! i'm really not the type of person to write a bad review about a company but this time...jesus. i've called them at 07:22 am on 23rd of Nov to book a taxi from Banbury to Soho, Chippie, staff entry. They told me that it's gonna take 10 min for the taxi to arrive which was fine, understandable. 07:40 i called them again to ask about the taxi, if it's still coming, they said " it will be 3-4 minutes". ok. the car arrived at 8:00!!! like what??? i was late to work because it took them 40 minute to get to my house??! on top of that, when i made my

Do not use! Very poor experience with castle cars. Booked taxi to get to station for a particular train. 15 minute journey but left an extra 30 minutes just in case of delays. After ten minutes passed booked time, I called only to find out no one was en route. They assured me I'd still make my train. Another 20 passed and no taxi. Consequently meant I missed my train. The taxi driver also found it appropriate to make a joke about me being the only one to miss out on a taxi. After this I have called to discuss with manager numerous times + have sent emails but no response.

My dad booked a cab and they arrived 15 minutes late. My dad gave them the benifit of the doubt on a later occasion...he booked them again.....bang on 15 mins late again. He missed his train on arrival to the station. The reason I am writing this review as it disrupted our family home, anxiety shouting and stress. We have all deleted Castle Cars from our phone books.

Always use Castle cars, reliable and friendly drivers . Plus , they don't over charge as some other taxis do !!
