Wish I had looked at the reviews before ordering. This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Ordered longline puffer jackets online (just under 3000 worth) when they arrived I was shocked to see them with pen marks & faulty stitching. Emailed immediately to advise I would be returning. After two weeks & no refund I contacted them for an update. Two weeks later I am still waiting for a response. Thankfully I paid via PayPal so opened a dispute. They advised me I would need to close the dispute before they will refund me. Absolute fraudsters. Please please please dont waste your money

Terrible supplier I did not recieve all my order. I had problems with this company a year ago and lost out so I decided to try them again. Shocking service. Items purchased not received. Only part of the order. They obviously packed and sealed the box and stated the amount on the box. Complete liars. Please do not buy from this wholesaler they are a waste of time and you will not be happy with their service! Lost out again. Never again will I use them!!

SCAMMERS! PLEASE AVOID! I am totally disappointed with the products of this company and “support” provided after I emailed them several times about the issue. I have received a cycling set which was NOTHING… like in the picture AT ALL! Starting from the appearance and thickness of the fabric and ending with material composition. In the listing there was stated as 95% cotton, however the product I received was made out of 95% polyester!! Please see the pictures attached of the product in their website and how this actually looks like. The solution they offered was to send it back

HOW I WISH YOU WOULD LET ME POST WITH ZERO STARS, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. After ordering and receiving our items last week, the order had totally wrong sizes in it and they had replaced size 14/16's with size 24's. After contacting them straightaway, we are here a week later still waiting for our additional items that we had to purchase at a cost of 177. They reckon their customer service is top notch but actually will only reply to emails, cut you off during online chats when you are trying to get the matter sorted and refuse to help with concerns when you try to call them.
