Appalling and embarrassing service, if I could give 0 stars I would. This company is a good example of why men with vans get themselves a bad reputation and knock people's confidence in them!
Rang on Dec 6th to enquire about a sofa removal. We needed it taking 2 miles up the road to a storage container. Told on the phone this would be fine and that I needed to book online so we booked a slot for 10am-12pm on Dec 10th (bearing in mind it was a half hour job but we over booked the time slot so this company wasn't out of pocket). Received confirmation immediately. We travelled out to where the sofa

Positive:Professionalism
Kevin and his crew arrived on time and were very professional. Moved everything with care and attention to detail. Even the monstrous Fridge Freezer was no problem for them! Would highly recommend!

Kevin and his crew at Plymouth Van Man Removals are in my opinion are at the top of their game regarding professional and well managed removals. From the outset it was easy to book from their online booking form, and even easier to rearrange our booking when our move date changed. Kevin personally made sure all the details were correct for the day we needed to rearrange, and on the day of moving they arrived on time. I had estimated that we would need to have at least 4 trips to move our stuff, but he managed to get everything done in two trips! Kevin and his team made the move easy and pleasant
