The popular steam railway is approximately 10 minutes' walk together with the bus and mainline train stations. The Superior rooms and Family room have refrigerators. Soft, fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries are provided.

Start with fruit juice, seasonal fresh and cut fruits or perhaps quality branded fruit yogurts. We also have a large selection of Kellogs' cereal, with porridge available on request. On Foot: From the Railway & Bus Station - Turn left out of Paignton train station or right at the bus station following the the direction of the traffic. At the library, take the first left into Station Lane (parallel with the railway line). At the end of Station Lane turn left towards the sea front and across the railway crossing.

We are perfectly situated for a relaxing holiday In Torbay, the hotel is right in between Paignton and Goodrington providing you with lots to explore within easy walking distance. Join the South West Coastal Path near the top of our road and wander off in either direction.
Only a couple of minutes walk to the north is the gorgeous Goodrington Sands, a perfect safe clean sandy beach ideal for a swim or building sand castles, snorkelling and rock pools, and warm shallow bathing ideal for all ages.Also the Splashdown Water Park with water flumes and play areas.
