Full cup of COFFEE STAIN on a light/ecru carpet REMOVED
I spilled a full cup of coffee on a very light carpet. For a few days I was trying to wash it myself - unsuccessfully. Finally, 4 days down the line, I decided to contact Prima. Marcus arrived the same day (very prompt on time) and no more than 20 mins later, the stain was removed. I couldn't recommend more! Very professional company. Lesson learnt - don't try to tackle carpet stains myself and call Prima straight away if anything like that happens in the future. It'll make it easier for all. Thank you Marcus!

Recently purchased a flat and decided not to replace the carpets. Marcus came and cleaned them all throughout now they are looking as good as new! Really appreciated his help as other cleaning companies I approached could not help me due to my flat being on the first floor with no lift access. Great service!

Excellent service from Marcus who is very polite and professional. Our carpets are 8 years old...hadn't been washed and suffered from 2 weeks of painting and decorating. Marcus has made them look like new and saved me a fortune by not having to buy new carpets. Will definitely use Prima again in 12-18 months time.
