I've used Magicman a couple of times now, once for tile repair and once to repair a wooden door. I have been really impressed by the result both times and the technicians have both been very polite, helpful and professional, as have the team I've spoken to on the phone about the appointments. You do have to pay the full amount prior to your appointment, but in my experience, I have been happy with the end result so this has been ok!

Steer well clear of this company... I wanted to understand the cost to repair two small chips on my tile floor. I received two quotes two days apart, both for different costs. Having read the reviews, decided I was not willing to prepay. Was given an appointment date. However they did not attend. Extremely unprofessional and not customer focused. Look elsewhere, Magicman appears too be a group of chancers...

We had a simple paint repair done on a spray painted wood panel. After using standard cleaning products, the repaired paint came off. The company took 2 months to review the complaint and then washed their hands off.

I am very unhappy with the service provided by Magic Man. Having been told that they could repair my surface I paid for their services. The chip in my surface was repaired and within a month it is already loose and peeling away. I contacted them to fix this and have been told that there is no warranty on the repair. So 200 later and Im still left with a chip. Poor quality repair and will not rectify or refund.

We used Magicman to repair an awkward chip on the worktop around the kitchen sink. We sent in photos and promptly received a quote. The work was scheduled in a timely matter. Matthew was friendly and pleasant and did a fantastic job with the repair. It is not at all visible and it was a chip that was difficult to access. Very happy with Magicman. This is our second time using them (they repaired a chip in a floor tile 2 years ago).

My builder got Magicman in less than a year ago to repair various areas that had been damaged. Some repairs were ok, and done quickly, but arguably the most important one - the shower tray in the master bathroom - has developed into a mess. Magicman is now saying that due to the lapse of time, it's nothing to do with their repair, it's a chemical reaction to cleaning products and they are washing their hands of it! I was left no aftercare instructions, and in any case, a repair to a shower tray should surely be fit for purpose, ie able to withstand normal (in this case, very light

I had the pleasure of having Magic Man come and repair my bath and a cabinet following my recent Homebase bathroom installation. When the bath was unwrapped from the warehouse there were some deep ingrained blue marks around the lip and shelf that the installer could not get out or deal with, despite their best efforts.
Homebase were very good and offered to send Magic Man with their compliments.
They even said if I was not completely happy with the repair they would take the bath out and order us a new one. The next day I had a phone call from Magic Man HQ and they wanted to get a technician
