Spotless,beds are Top ,best Nights sleep for a Long time.Shower good ,hot water very quick,Not like other places I have stayed at.Breakfast okay(if you dont fancy fll Breakfast) Have been coming to Blackpool for many years,have stayed at many places,I have to say this ist the best place I have stayed at.Top Marks.Will come again.

We stayed for 4 nights as soon as you walk in through the front door you just knew the place was going to be clean and comfortable the rooms were just what we needed for our stay as a family it was within walking distance of town. If you want a good cooked breakfast go to the promenade cafe at the end of the road will be going back next year

A cozy b&b for a little holiday away 10 minute walk from the tower only does continental breakfast 5 minute walk from blackpool north friendly service recommended highly
