Do you deliver to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands?
We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. For remote areas like Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands, we can arrange delivery to a port or shipment company at additional cost.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
Our standard delivery requires a signature. If you miss the delivery, re-delivery charges apply at £30 for standard or £60 for premium service.
Can I return furniture if it doesn't fit?
Returns are accepted within 14 days, but we recommend checking dimensions beforehand. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless items are faulty.

Made 450 payment for a 4 week delivery
No communications for 1 month, no emails, no order confirmation, nothing.
Chased them on email twice only to receive a vague response that the delivery will be delayed a further 3-4 months.
Had to email twice and then call them chase my refund.

Love this store! Great products and fantastic customer service, from the moment you walk in your blown away by the displays, certainly a magical store! Looking forward to visiting them again in April. Until then Ill carry on browsing their website for ideas, and maybe a cheeky purchase or two

Mr friends and i went for the Christmas opening and were warmly welcomed with mince pies and mulled wine. The shop is a little gem with such lovely things and well worth visiting.
