Ideal for short breaks (minimum 3 nights) or extended stays, with flexible booking options for working professionals.
Camping & Caravan Site
Green field campsite surrounded by grazing horses offers tranquillity with full electric hook-up options. Facilities include chemical disposal, hot water washing areas, and accessible shower blocks (excluding wheelchair access). Pets allowed on leads with strict responsibility requirements, creating a peaceful environment for nature lovers.
Disability-Friendly Cottages
Three one-level cottages with walk-in showers and wide doorways cater to guests with mobility requirements. Additional equipment like shower chairs available upon request. Clematis Cottage specifically designed for wheelchair access while maintaining full countryside views and proximity to farm attractions.
Fishing Pond Access
Guest-exclusive fishing pond stocked with various species provides year-round angling opportunities. Located within the farm's secure grounds, it offers a tranquil experience surrounded by natural wildlife including ducks and pheasants. No additional charges apply for this complimentary amenity.

How do I book accommodation at Prospect Farm?
Contact us directly via phone to discuss availability and requirements. We require a 50% deposit with full payment 4 weeks before arrival.
Are pets allowed on the premises?
Dogs are permitted in camping areas on leads, with owners responsible for waste. Pets are not allowed in cottages or near livestock areas.
What accessibility features are available?
Three cottages have walk-in showers and level access. Clematis Cottage offers wheelchair access with wider doorways and adapted facilities.
What local attractions are nearby?
Waltham Windmill (5 minutes), Cleethorpes beaches (5 miles), Lincoln Castle (1 hour), and Donna Nook seal colonies (1 hour) are popular destinations.

Camp site is clean and the site has lots of space between each outfit owners are friendly and on hand if any problems.

Really lovely, spacious, quiet/tranquil site. Loved it.
Darrell, just one thing, can u clearly mark which wheely bin is for what...hate not being able to recycle properly!! (As each county etc, seem to have diff colours for all the diff waste items!! -?)

Had a lovely few nights here on the lovely peaceful caravan pitches .Ideal rural getaway ,within 15mins drive to some nice clean beaches.Nice walk round the on site fishing ponds & horse paddocks .Very friendly &welcoming owners

In summary, we felt the accommodation did not live up to the standard that it was purported to be and indeed once was. The cottage including the fixtures and fittings lacked maintenance and were as tired as the rude and obnoxious owners who apparently dont just dislike guests but dont even seem to like themselves.
