Delrio's menu offers a broad range of traditional home-made Italian pastas, pizzas and desserts, plus a delightful choice of speciality dishes with an emphasis on fresh fish, locally sourced meat and vegetarian options. Giovanni and his team use traditional methods of Italian cooking. All fish, meat and vegetables are provided by local suppliers daily and prepared in Delrio's kitchen.

This will be a fast-paced position essential to the running of both the kitchen and front of house. You will be working in our Kitchen Porter area, washing pots and dishes/cutlery and assisting the chefs. Good communication is required with chefs and Front of House. You will be required to prioritise important tasks during busy evening service.
