Report
Established in 1905 in the Giffnock suburb of Glasgow, Whitecraigs is a classic parkland course which has a rich history stretching back over 100 years. The greatest golfing events in the club's history are unquestionably the visits of the Ryder Cup teams of 1929 and 1933. The club was also honoured with the visit of the 'Golden Bear' Jack Nicklaus in 1983.

Whitecraigs has a large Ladies Section, healthy competition numbers, a cross-section of ages from Junior to Senior and a 'Get into Golf' scheme to facilitate membership growth.
