I was a patient at this practice but I had several problems missed by the dentist I was being seen by. I was referred to a periodontist and was then bounced from one practice to another, incurring costs all along the way. The periodontist then referred me back for a root canal filling. I was charged 800 for this and told it would take 2 hours. It took 75 minutes. The receptionist was surprised at how quickly I re-emerged from my treatment.

I have subsequently looked at the prices on the website which have said from 400ish for s single root canal. When I queried the price I was charged I was told it was because I had been referred from an external source, even though it was my dental practice at the time. The receptionist then checked with the senior partner who said it was because I have a complicated procedure. A friend who was a dentist was absolutely shocked at the price I had been charged.

They used to be a patient but due to the huge hike in prices here, has now taken their teeth elsewhere for treatment. The whole experience has been incredibly disappointing and it feels like money is the bottom line. I understand they have a business to run but loosing customers won't ensure repeat business. I tried to take up my concerns for the quality of my care initially but was told well their specialism lies elsewhere. Again I didn't find this acceptable. As a result of this I now use a different dental practice and would advice anybody to look elsewhere.

Went to have a root treatment today which I was dreading, and I have to say it went really well. The dentist I saw was amazing and very professional. The treatment took 90 mins but I felt good and fairly relaxed. So pleased and highly recommend this practice.

Cant thank the high street dental team enough! They are all so friendly and helpful and gave me the best smile, I had clear smile braces from Christopher and although I didnt need massive changes, my teeth turned out better that I could have imagined. I was told my teeth wouldnt be perfect but they really were! Absolutely amazing team and even better results and Ill continue to recommend them to anyone looking to improve their teeth!

I've been registered here for the last 4 months and can't recommend it enough. I've needed a series of dental work and Dr Gerry Davies, Sophie, and the team at reception have been excellent each time I've visited.
