Letting Fees

Holding Deposit - Equal to one week's rent of the agreed monthly rent to reserve the property. This will be deducted from the first month's rent or refunded to you. Early termination - a fee may be payable if the landlord agrees to release you from the agreement before the fixed end date or if you are unable to give the appropriate notice when invoking a break clause that may be in your tenancy agreement.
