Sunday lunch. Pulled pork burger, fries and a salad. Lavender and vanilla cake coffee and wine. Lovely. Service and ambience second to none. Totally recommend

A perfect weekend at Number Four Hotel! Staff were excellent and so helpful during our stay. The hotel is spotlessly clean and breakfast are some of the best I have had! Can wait to return.

We had a wonderful stay at The Florence Hotel and I'm sure the rest of the collection are just as beautiful. We saw the Bistro Pud which looked just as good but sadly our evenings were booked. We will return and the Bistro will be visited as well. Many thanks.

Really sad we stayed once before which was lovely. Requested in an email a price for a two night DBB and then asked to add another night. The price almost doubled and when trying to sort the owner would not speak with us but the manager admitted she had made a mistake and she would have to pay out of her own money. We are left feeling very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Grandkids live in portsmouth and stay here when visiting. never had a bad experience. nice rooms, just a few minutes from sea front
