After having previously having Gemma as my solicitor during my first property purchase I actively sought her to facilitate with its sale a few years later. Great service at a really reasonable price. We had quite a long and protracted property purchase due to issues outside of Frazer Coogans control, but they didn't loose interest and kept us updated at every step - and didn't charge us any extra than the original quote. Gemma was super helpful and always really quick to get back to our emails - within minutes most of the time! There were a couple of decisions to make on the specifics of the purchase but Frazer Coogans always gave us accurate, informative and helpful information for us to make decisions. We had previously dealt with a different firm

I asked Frazer Coogans to complete a purchase transaction for me buying a home, I was delighted when I received the quote online as it was very competitive. From start to finish, the service I received was absolutely fantastic. I cannot fault the level of service received, my Solicitor Gemma Fulton was amazing, answering emails normally within a matter of minutes, on the odd occasions I had to call Gemma was really friendly and absolutely happy to help. The sellers solicitors were holding things up, when a new solicitor was appointed Gemma got work well underway with her colleague Emma Holland
