From the outset, 2020 was not a good year for us! We had 2 deaths and resulting estates and house sales that needed legal management. Additionally we had another house sale and purchase. I will cover below our experiences of each R&N service. Estate Management headed by Laura Rumsey. The Will had been previously drawn up by R&N at the explicit wishes of my mother (the deceased) It was known it would be contentious in content and R&N had drafted a letter explaining the content signed by my mother to be sent to beneficiaries on her death, which in itself stopped any valid challenge. This in mind

Poor attention to detail. Failed to read or properly respond to the key correspondence from the other side. Had to take them to the legal ombudsman. Avoid.

I am very pleased with the service I have received at Rogers and Norton. I had dealings with Michelle Walters and Emma and they were super efficient and professional. They were fantastic. Highly Recommended.

We were recommended R&N by a colleague, after realising that our usual solicitor was not on our lenders panel. Our property purchase was handled by Steven and Catherine, both were approachable, responsive, and very efficient throughout the purchase. Stevens legal advice on a lease issue was accurate and dealt with very speedily. We were extremely happy with their service and grateful for all their help. We would use Steven and Catherine again without hesitation and will be recommending their services to our friends and family.

Recommended to me by a family member and pleased with the handling of my recent purchase of a listed leasehold property.
Contacted me when necessary rather than inundated me with boilerplate updates. When I sought contact it was always available. Advice was concise and professional. Would use again without hesitation.
