Great stay at this hotel. Very clean, great room, dining and guest bar area. Very friendly and also great views from the room. I can't believe this is only two stars. Best stop over on the NC500. Don't be put off if you think it needs a lick of paint on the outside.

What a great hotel this is! Don't be put off by the exterior of the building, internally it has been renovated. The room we stay in was beautifully decorated and clean. We switched on the radiators that soon warmed up the room. The evening meal and breakfast were fantastic!

A great little hotel on the NC500. Stayed in July 21, interior renovations were being carried out but dining room, bar and bedroom were of a good standard. There was an issue with the water supply to the area which meant that the hotel was without water for a few hours but the owners were good and kept all guests up to date with information as they got it. Would stay again.
