Quite staggering how customer service still exists like that of David Dale. Moving house is probably the most stressful event for most people and David Dale is acutely aware of this, however he runs this business like Ackwright's shop. My chain suffered incredibly bad luck which meant my move date in 2018 was constantly up in the air. Given I was moving literally around the corner from their head office, I went local and booked with David Dale. When it became clear that my move date wasn't happening (right before Christmas), not only did they refuse to move the date, said they were fully booked

Terrible customer service. Quoted a figure then a few weeks before our move increased it by half as much again! Didn't have a good explanation why, just decided the move was going to take longer. The owner/MD's emails were also incredibly rude. Avoid.
