I had a lovely experience at Toppers Hair Design. This was my first hair cut post lockdown so I had a lot of dead ends. Friendly and supportive Staff and a good little head massage from the young woman washing hair.

For my first and second visits Bobby did a fab job. When she went on maternity leave, Mitchel did a great job. my second visit to Mitchel last Friday was a disaster. to say he was scissor happy would not be an… exaggeration. From the medium length inverted Bob that we discussed - with an image - to the almost shaved at the back slope to the chin that I ended up with, it is nothing like I wanted and will have to wait 6 months to get any length back; I am now rocking an old lady look!Whether he was distracted by a member of staff who constantly required his presence or whether he just decided
