Very nice owner, made you feel welcome. Room was very clean, warm and reasonably priced. Walking distance from center of Cambridge and not too far from multiple shops

I stayed there as my company had sent me there and found it terrible. Because one of the days the owner (the gentleman one) used the spare key and opened my room without even knocking knowing I was there checking to see if I have a guest or not. This led me to call the police and checkout immediately. I wrote a review on Tripadvisor when this happened to me. However the owners kept calling my employer and asking them to ask me to remove my comment which is/was against Tripadvisor's policy. This clearly was a harassment based on Trip-advisor guidelines to ask me to remove the comment. They have

Not bad place with plenty of parking for free on the premises. Easy to find. Greeted promptly and warmly by the host. Room passable, single bed TV, pillows a bit on the thin side and no extra in cupboard. Shared bathroom. Do not think any review should have to contain this in 2019 but clean and warm with fresh sheets. Close to a few shops and pubs, and not far from city centre. Would stay again.

Bathroom facilities very new and plush. Bedroom clean, newly decorated, very comfortable and pleasant night stay. Host checked us in efficiently and upgraded our room, thank you.
