Can't thank the guys at PrintMax enough. We've been dealing with Chris and Christine in the office who have been so helpful, and Simon has just been out to install for us and he couldn't have done more for us either. He's covered all sorts of print methods, looking after the machine and tips and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending PrintMax and will come back next time when we are upgrading. Thank you :)

This is a company that perceives to be professional and holds stock. The truth be told they couldn't even get and Ink cartridge order correct... They don't give customers any email correspondence when processing orders and taking payments. Very unprofessional a laid back attitude and don't take any responsibility in any of there errors.... Never ever will use these guys again, really let our company and our clients down.
Mistakes happens, however the aftersales is just as important because of their attitude towards there errors this is why we will never place an order with this company ever

From start to finish the service was exemplary. Recently bought a Roland 640 from Printmax initially speaking to Chris Martin. From the first conversation with him I knew I would be happy purchasing the equipment. As a small company purchasing such a large machine it is a big expenditure and the initial contact was very important to me as it would give me a basis on wherever i would want to buy from them. After the first call I basically pestered Chris with several questions phoning him on numerous occasions, he was easy going, professional and knew the answer to every question I put to him.
