Moorland Cottages
Moorland Cottages are set in the heart of the picturesque North Yorkshire village of Hutton le Hole, famous for its meandering beck, old stone cottages and expanse of common land kept well groomed by the resident sheep. Our three, 4 star cottages, Moorland, Heather and Byre provide the ideal base for touring, walking, cycling and exploring the moors, coast, vale and dale.

All our cottages are furnished to a high standard, immaculately presented with all the facilities necessary for you to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. Converted from former farm buildings the accommodation provides a cosy and well-maintained home from home. Pets are welcome and we have ample on site parking.

Hutton le Hole has much to offer. We have the very popular Rydale Folk Museum on our doorstep, craft shops, galleries and our very own chocolate factory! The village pub 'The Crown' provides a warm welcome, real ales and a menu of hearty home cooked food. Check out our Facebook page for the latest 'What's On' information.

Lovely cottage, (although our dog refused to go up the open tread staircase). Sunny, when we were there, and dog friendly, front garden overlooking the green. We will return.

Lovely well equipped dog friendly cottages in a very attractive village. Everything catered for down to dog blankets, brushed and bowls if you forget your own. Would highly recommend.

Exceptional very clean cottages in a lovely village ideally located for Whitby, Scarborough, North York Moors etc. Staying for our 3rd visit in February and can't wait for the peace and quiet. Ideal for children and dogs too. Everything you could possibly need is in the cottage and all of good quality, even some tea and coffee, biscuits and dog treats.Would highly recommend.
