Our seven unique cottages offer self-catering accommodation sleeping 2-6 guests, featuring 1-3 bedrooms with king-size or standard double beds. Each property has comfortable furnishings, modern kitchen facilities, and private outdoor spaces. Guests appreciate the flexibility for families and groups exploring North Devon's attractions.
Indoor Swimming Pool
An 8m x 4m heated indoor pool maintained at 27.5C, open April-October with daily access from 9:30am. Safety briefings provided, featuring changing facilities, shower, and sauna cabin. Children welcome with adult supervision, offering a valuable all-weather activity option for guests.
Games Facilities
Two games rooms with table tennis, pool table, and table football available daily until 9pm. Complemented by outdoor sports facilities including mini-soccer pitch, basketball stand, and badminton court. Equipment hire available for additional recreational options.
Outdoor Play Areas

You will not meet a more lovely or helpful couple than Graham and Ruth. The facilities at Muddlebridge are great, the grounds are beautiful and the location couldn't be better.

Absolutely lovely venue for an autumn break with a very friendly and helpful host. We particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and sauna. The garden is lovely and the play area is wonderful for children. The cottage was cosy and had everything we needed.
