Visited a couple of times to see Tom with regards to purchasing a pre-owned watch. The service was fantastic, and it is clear that he is very knowledgeable on the products he deals in. Spoke to several other staff in the store in my visits and they were also very helpful and polite. Always a pleasure to support an independent, family owned store. Wholly recommended.

Very poor customer service received today 13/07/16, purchased 3 Pandora items last week 05/07/16 costing over 100, the charm is faulty, I asked for an exchange but item was out of stock, asked if replacement could be posted as live 30miles away told can do at my expense & told didn't know how long it would take for the order to arrive, requested refund & will purchase again when order arrives, told we don't give refunds. Assistant was more than useless, she couldn't have cared less. Really needs to be sent on a customer service course. However, she did contact Pandora Durham & they holding one
