I was an actual client under their reference number 30054522. The reason why I am doubtful of Bott & Company's success claims is limited to my own experience. Being an American attorney traveling to Europe and experiencing more than a 24-hour flight delay for my family of 5, I retained Bott & Co. Their analysis showed a valid flight delay claim, initially due to pilot unavailability.
They made all the normal representations on their web site and by e-mail that they'd go to court for you, etc. if necessary. When they were presented with the defense that later on during the day
