Jones and Company are a private practice of RICS Chartered Building Surveyors and CABE Chartered Building Engineers in Preston Lancashire and were established in 1992 and will celebrate our quarter century in 2017. We provide the full range of building surveying and building engineering services to private, commercial and industrial clients in the North West of England.

Andy Jones FCABE FRICS and Martin Spencer MRICS specialise in Surveys and Architectural Design including the construction, refurbishment and alteration of all types of buildings. Our professional associate John Williamson MSc FRACS is a Fire Expert who assists our clients with all matters relating to fire risk assessment, prevention and investigation.
