I contacted this company to evict the tenant from my property. The whole eviction process is new and stressful for me. When I contact this solicitor (Nelisa) I was expecting her to support me and give me full information in each steps of the process. However, the solicitor is very rude and not helpful at all. Communication is 0. I send email after email with no respond. Its impossible to get her through the phone, by any chance if I did she is just rushing to hung the phone and doesnt answer my questions properly. My case is at the court now and I just hoping it will be over soon and done

I called enquiring about a consultation; I've been handling all the correspondence with my ex's solicitor up until now and managed to successfully negotiate settlement terms by myself. All I wanted today was to pay to speak to a solicitor for an hour or two as I have drafted some forms and wanted a solicitor to have a quick look (it's easy money for them!) but they did not want to deal with my case as I have not dealt with them from the beginning
