Excellent guy's but I wouldn't use them again they never tell you about the vat on top of the 60 per hour which was another 156 pounds money I didn't budget for

Terrible. Quoted us over the phone but didn't say anything about the extra 10 an hour to get the 'proper' insurance. Turned up at 20 past 9 in the morning and emptied our one bed flat and garage by dinner - so not bad. Then waited around for over an hour for a replacement to one of the men who had to go to his kids school - then charged us for the time waiting! Sent a boy to do a mans job who spent more time smoking and on his mobile, making the older guy do most of the work which meant the job took far longer than was necessary - for which we charged the full 55 per hour.
