5-Axis Milling
Our 5-axis machining centres produce complex aerospace and medical components with enhanced accuracy. With simultaneous multi-directional cutting, we reduce setup times while maintaining 0.02mm tolerances. The twin-pallet HMC systems enable uninterrupted production for critical manufacturing schedules across automotive and industrial sectors.
Sliding Head Lathes
STAR sliding head lathes manufacture intricate turned components up to 42mm diameter. Our automated systems with 3-meter bar feed capability ensure continuous production of complex valve components and medical instruments with 0.01mm tolerances for aerospace and hydraulic applications.
Assembly Services
On-site technicians perform final assembly of complex components including avionics enclosures and fluidic sensors.
