Waited over a month for Carl as he said he could carry out some work for us end of the month. Said he would show over a week to review the work but didn't bother. Called him and still delayed work. I have lost over a month now waiting for you Carl. There is no excuse. Such a let down at a time when you have to now book in advance for work. You promised end of the month. Honestly such a nightmare with some contractors just not bothering to show up. It has delayed us by many weeks. Please consider how your timescales actually do affect your customers. If you can't be bothered to do a job...don't

I would absolutely recommended Carl, I asked him to install new sockets, outdoor security lights, smoke alarms and pendant lights. Carl was extremely professional and explained things to me to help me understand whilst having vision about what looked good. Carl was efficient, cleaned up and was respectful of property. I'm so happy with all the work that he has done, it looks truly amazing. Carl is honest, trustworthy and kept his word I would highly recommend Carl, he is a genuinely nice and friendly person. I'm looking forward to having more work done by him in the future.
