We know the only way to ensure regular custom is to please every time with quality, design and value.

Should you need to speak to a customer service representative you can contact the florist directly using the contact details on the home page or "Contact Us" page. Should you need to amend or cancel an order you have placed we usually require 48 hours notice (72 hours at peak periods). We are however unable to make any changes to orders that have already been dispatched.
