Being a private patient you would expect a good level of care for what you pay. Dentist is great- shame the receptionist and admin staff let the practice down. Cancelling appointments without informing me. Wouldnt allow me to use the disabled toilet - or take my daughter in with me, just expected me to leave her outside with them when they are absolute strangers to her and myself with the excuse that they are DBS checked. I would never leave my child with a stranger so find this extremely strange to ask when she isnt even 1 years of age. Also they did not even think to ask if I had a disability

I followed my dentist, Anna, here from her previous practice when she moved. Anna is excellent and completely puts at you at your ease, I would highly recommend her for anyone who is nervous about going to the dentist, she is so calm and pleasant and she never gets you to do unnecessary work on your teeth. In addition to this, all the staff I've dealt with at Ghyllmount are warm, polite and helpful, they really look after you. Highly recommended.
