We were greeted by Linda who was so lovely and shown to our room. We stayed in a family room which accommodated us perfectly! Peaceful and beautiful surroundings and an amazing breakfast! Also only 10 minutes from Ullswater Lake and close to the M6. I would highly recommend this guest house and would definitely stay there again! Wonderful & safe experience during COVID.

Large room, well priced. The Ginney was perfect as accommodation for our golfing trip to Silloth, Carlisle and Penrith. We will definitely consider staying here again for next year's trip. Thanks Linda

I had a very comfortable stay in a nicely finished bedroom. The breakfast room was clean and the food tasty. Access to the guest house couldn't be easier as it is minutes off the A66 and M6 and yet it is in a very peaceful location.
