Iv used this solicitor since 2018 and I had a good experience until Gemma Doyle the account manager took over from the previous lady that I did my accounts with .. Gemma Doyle has over charged me twice I only found out as I checked my invoice to my bank statement and she tried to charge me twice for council fees I questioned it and she put it down to a mistake then I had another invoice saying I owe them 122 and dated the sane date saying I now owe anther 850 and the solicitor hadn't even done anything for me to be owed this.. so if anyone uses this company please make sure you double check

75+VAT to countersign an ID1 for the Land Registry, a 5 minute job. Other solicitors charge 45 inc. VAT. I certainly won't be looking at these for any other work when they overcharge for a simple task.
