I have used HS Lawyers for number of different things in the past and always most recently to sell my business. I have always found their service to be very reliable and efficient. They are knowledgeable and experienced so they know exactly what they are doing, especially Vega Ram and Pooja, both are very easy to communicate with and respond quickly to emails and calls and both worked tirelessly to get my completion over the line. Would definitely recommend.

Dealing with this firm since March. Was ignored when asking to speak with someone and being told someone would call me back. Sending emails to be ignored and have to chase to find out where my call back was a week or so later. Constant blame being put onto my buyers solicitor and their lack of contact. Various occasions being told we've chased and getting nothing back, being happy with no response until I was chasing an update. Being charged for a leasehold pack I'd already paid for direct to my management company and being told twice I'd paid for it. Settlement statement showing they were charging

Contracted HS to conveyance a house purchase that was agreed in March. They spent two months doing exactly nothing (claimed they had tried and failed to get in contact with the seller's solicitors but clearly hadn't even deigned to pick up the phone). They then changed the solicitor acting on the case without informing me. I have still not formally been informed of this and only know about it via the seller's estate agent. When they finally got their act together to start acting on the case in June (!!) they told me on the 7th that they had sent searches off on the 2nd and I could expect "up
