Our historic hotel offers uniquely designed rooms with panoramic views of the Tummel Valley and Ben-y-Vrackie mountain. Guests enjoy modern amenities within Victorian architecture, including private bathrooms, LED TVs, and tea/coffee facilities. The property features classic rooms, superior valley view rooms, quirky turret suites, and family accommodations. Check-in from 15:30 with early access to facilities from 12:00.

Wedding Venues

Licensed for civil and religious ceremonies, we host weddings from 20 to 300 guests across multiple venues. The circular Atholl Suite offers floor-to-ceiling windows, while the Bow Lounge provides intimate ballroom settings. Our dedicated wedding team coordinates ceremonies, receptions, and honeymoons with personalized menus and decorations. Packages include photography access to 50 acres of gardens and historic architecture.

Spa Treatments

The Spa at Atholl Palace combines Victorian hydrotherapy traditions with modern marine-based treatments. We thoroughly enjoyed a one night stay with dinner and breakfast included. Beautiful hotel, with stunning views and grounds to wander around. Our room was lovely, really spacious and very clean. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Food was fantastic too. Look forward to returning in the near future.

Lovely hotel to visit, even when not staying there. The bar is stylish and relaxed. Afternoon tea was plentiful and delicious with friendly service. Amazing views and history. Museum and Spa onsite to and golf not far.

Wonderful few nights. Check in was quick and easy. Room was cosy and comfortable. Restaurant staff were quick and friendly, food was very good, breakfast excellent. Lovely to sit around the open fires. Gym small but has enough to work out. Museum worth a look. Grounds great for walkers.

It was fine. Our room was spacious. The grounds are gorgeous. The food was ok. Biggest negative is that this location seems to be a popular stop for charter bus tours. A couple of different tours with retirees came through during our stay. Took away from the charm but otherwise was a solid 3 stars.

Very disappointing . No porterage, not being given the accommodation requested,no fridge or mini bar. The bedroom suite requested was not provided, floor creaky,wardrobe door would not stay closed.The hotel tried to overcharge us on a number of occasions
the staff seemed to be aware of this when challenged. The hotel staff were made aware that this
was a special occasion ( our golden wedding anniversary) this was spoiled by the hotels treatment of us. We will definitely not be back and would advise anyone to avoid this place.
