My experience with this shop was sadly not good. The customer service was atrocious - appalling infact. We will never return and I cannot recommend it to anyone.

I got in touch with Nigel from Beards asking him about an Omega Speedmaster sapphire watch. The watch was out of stock, and I enquired about getting it on a very short lead time so as to receive it as a personal gift for my 30th birthday. Nigel did his outmost to meet my requirements, answer any of my queries and kept me up to date on a regular basis with my order progress. Not only did he manage to deliver it earlier than expected, he also arranged for the bracelet to be adjusted to fit my wrist! Excellent service all around! I will be using Beards for any future purchases and I highly recommend

I have been trying to track down a specific watch for a few weeks. Although Beards had one similar in stock, they didn't actually have the one I wanted. But they had an excellent online chat facility on their website. One of the team quickly explained how they could order it direct from the manufacturer and then send it on. 4 days later it has just arrived, beautifully packaged and it's perfect. Really impressed with the whole service, they were friendly, responsive and very efficient. I would definitely recommend using them.
