I used this company twice. Both times there were issues with invoicing. The first time I was invoiced almost 120 over the quote. This took months to sort out and the office manager was rude and abusive; threatening legal action for unpaid invoice. The second time two people came out and said theres nothing we can do. I thought this was a nonbilleable call. Months later I got a letter fro a legal firm requesting payment of around 110 (call out charge plus late fee). When I explained I had never agreed to the fee and had never received a bill - the office manager said she

Had find a company to assist with faults to our fuse board at our workshop in Tottenham. Very happy with the quick response and efficient diagnosis of the problem. They had the parts on the van already and within a couple of hours had us fully functional and up to date. Other recommendations were made and I look forward to having them back soon. I had an electrical fault on my lighting circuit. They came out at short notice and spent two hours investigating, but unfortunately could not find the fault during that time. After initially invoicing me for the time spent and providing a quotation for rewiring the circuit, they were happy for me to contact another company, and have agreed to refund the charges after that company was able to isolate and fix the fault.
