Not even worth one star discussing attitude to customers if they cant answer a question they hang up on you no job sheet or information of problem with boiler. My boiler went off this company came out and got boiler back on the boiler had no power so no hot water or heating they did come out the next day to sort problem but 24 hours later same problem happened unfortunately this was a Sunday when office was closed two hours it took me and insurance company to get through to out of hours number when finally got through was told no one can come out that day and to ring office 8am Monday so I did
