Disrespectful ..call today to arrange the keys pick-up on the phone lady was rude not replay even to my good morning lol and refused to help me I give her property address and name of seller she can't find anything in her system I feel she was annoyed with my forg accent ... I call them later again a other lovely lady pick the phone she help me straight-forward with same property address I was not there costumer I am a buyer lol but feel sorry for there customers lol who need to deal with this kind of ignores behaviour

They were very good for our conveyancing. Excellent communication by phone and email. I would use them again. They lose a star for a poorly formatted letter and for not telling us we needed house insurance on exchange. However they were still better than most.
