I used Nicola Moore, a Litigation Executive to handle a Personal Injury Claim. I found her diligent, patient and a source of sensible advice and management of the claim. The claim took slightly over three years to settle which mainly was linked to a staged assessment of my well-being. At the start of it all I had no idea of the process, the different stages and the intricasies which Nicola explained as we progresed through. I would certainly use her again but sincerely hope that I never have to pursue another Personal Injury Claim.
