Very unhelpful, bought a locket with a silver chain whilst visiting Newark last year, broke the same day - took back the next day and I wanted to exchange (and pay the difference) for a longer, heavier chain so that it wouldn't break, was told they were unable to exchange and I would need to wait for the old chain to be mended (was leaving Newark the next day). I ended up buying a new chain and bringing back the broken chain!! Very expensive locket.

Terrific service, esp during a lockdown. Helped me to find, and ordered in a gift especially for a family birthday. Mark kept me informed at every step of the way, then gift wrapped and posted them directly to the birthday girl. 10/10 thank you!
