Vidhur studied Management Sciences at Manchester University, focusing on accountancy, before going on to qualify as a chartered accountant. He began his career working in investment banking but after several years decided to join Benham and Reeves in 2003.
Since then he has expanded the finance department, introducing a broader range of services to encompass all financial aspects of property investment, from collecting rent through to completing tax returns (or ATED returns for overseas companies).

A qualified lawyer (she studied Law with French Law) at UCL, Simran began her career working for a city firm specialising in commercial real estate, before joining Benham and Reeves in 2006. During this time, Simran has put systems in place to streamline administration, enabling the company to compete effectively with much larger organisations.

If I could give negative stars I would. Absolute nightmare from start to finish. Three months later still haven’t received our security deposit because we are disputing the charges for preexisting damage that we clearly noted in the move in & in the multiple maintenance requests we had in the 6 months in the property. The fact the landlord is in China should be zero reason for prolonging return of my deposit. It is not your money! Do not work with this company. We had three Kerri g agents during our application process & we would be given no warning at the personnel changes. Absolutely unprofessional

I found my next flat through Benham&Reeves. Abbie was most helpful, she’s helped with ensuring this was the eight flat for us, answering all our questions, and most importantly throughout the whole paperwork and contract signing process which turned out to be more tricky than usual given my limited flexibility with moving dates, inventory check etc. Abbie went above and beyond, and managed to get it all sorted on my behalf, and stayed friendly and clear throughout. We recently went through renting a property with Abbie at Benham & Reeves and found the experience better with her and the team. She was professional, responsive and helpful (and I'll be honest we had sooo many questions and had issues with the referencing agency that I'm sure would have frustrated others). I cannot praise Abbie White enough. She is being fantastic in helping me with the process of renting a flat for my daughter and her friend. Abbie always replies swiftly and has gone above and beyond in assisting with any questions and issues, negotiating with the landlord and referencing agency when needed. Having had 4 years of shockingly bad service from other letting agents, Abbie has me realise that not all letting agents are the same. I am so relieved to know my daughter will be taken care of when she moves in to her new flat next month.
